Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Courtyard Annexe

Lovely cosy self-contained annexe with its own sunny courtyard garden, situated in the market town of Petersfield in the South Downs National Park. Centrally located with off road parking. 20 minute flat walk to the mainline station. Flexible accommodation suitable for couples, small families and friends. And dogs! Petersfield is full of charm with independent shops and lots of places to eat and drink. The perfect base for local event venues, or a relaxing getaway.
