Nice cozy place in such a great location, and the host was so responsive and lovely! Definitely recommend this place for solo travelers and couples!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Sherman was a great host! I stayed here for 3 months for my clinical rotation and it was perfect for what I needed! Full kitchen, great shower, large washer and dryer, and a comfortable living space. Sherman provided anything I needed and was always responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Would stay here again!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. From the time I reserved the house until the time we checked out, George was there to help in any way. I felt like we were old friends! George checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything or if we had questions. I couldn't have asked for a better host. The house was more than I could have ever imagined, soon as I walked in I yelled I'm HOME lol!!! The house is so beautiful, my favorite place was the huge inviting kitchen! When George called to check to see if we needed anything, I told him that I wasn't leaving lol. The entire house was immaculate, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and it fit my family of 11 perfectly. I was glad there was a laundry room, we were able to do our laundry before going on our family cruise. We had all the comforts of home at our disposal, whatever we needed George made sure the house had it. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, spices, anything we needed. George thank you again for everything God bless you!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a 9–14 minute drive to Disneyland, with gas stations, grocery stores, and a Starbucks conveniently nearby. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms were spotless with cozy comforters. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The host was very communicative and responsive, which made everything even smoother. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

5 ⭐️ all all round , I love the living room and the pool table by the kitchen, my favorite spot was the patio it looks better and bigger in person. So peaceful 🫡

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly
