This home is located in the "sun belt" which means it's often sunny while the beach is foggy.

This venue sits right off Hwy 101 in the middle of beautiful Humboldt County in the small town of Scotia. Scotia was one of America's last remaining company towns. The Pacific Lumber Company became a force in the early 1900s milling the gigantic Redwood Trees. This home was built as the Director's Cabin for company executives.
