Our one bedroom two bathroom resort condominium is sleek, modern and full of comfort. This condominium accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, loveseat and plenty of room for everything you’ve packed for the perfect getaway. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Thoughtfully designed to include everything you might want in a beautiful small space. Guests enjoy off street parking a few steps from a private entrance, a private porch and yard that is directly across from a community park surrounded by a 1 mi. walking loop. Conveniently located less than a mile from HEB and some of our city's best restaurants/shopping in the Lamar Park Center and only a few short miles away from breathtaking bay front views and a 20 minute drive to our warm sandy beach!

Renovated condo! New flooring, baseboards, fresh paint, fridge, microwave, dishwasher with a updated walk-in shower and lighting! Come have a great beach vacay with us! I know many want to stay 'on' the beach, but you can drive ON the beach, so regardless of where you stay when you are taking the chairs, ice chest, toys, towels, snacks, sunscreen... you won't be carrying that far. You will load up the car anyway! Come stay at a quiet and peaceful place. *HOA does not allow pets. Sorry!*

This 1st floor condo is a perfect location for any couple or small family looking to get away for a week or a month. The unit overlooks a serene private stocked pond with a beautiful gazebo on one side and just steps to the heated community pool and hot tub. Padre Dreams is a short walk to the beach where you can have some fun in the sun and experience breathtaking sunrises.
