Breathtaking 6BR Hotel Block, Award Winning Design

You will feel right at home in this spacious home in New Orleans. This is two separate units, the entire second story of the building with 6 total bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, there is room to stay with your closest friends, family or colleagues. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, and outdoor grill, this is the perfect place for any group. And it's in the most convenient spot in the city, located just a few blocks off of the famous St. Charles avenue and close to downtown.

Entire Boutique Hotel w/Pool & Parking, 6 Suites

Enjoy 6 unique fully furnished suites! 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms; this property is perfect for large groups, family reunions, and business retreats. 'Only 1/2 a mile from the Superdome! Private parking lot is included. Free access to events @ attached venue space. Pool is available for posted hours (excluding events). Great for groups of couples looking to stay together but have separate space. Great for anyone attending events at Empire! Each of the 6 suites has kitchen and living space!

Close to both Frenchman St & the French Quarter!

Experience the perfect New Orleans getaway at the Marigny Inn! Just a few blocks to either the French Quarter OR the legendary Frenchman Street. Hip, colorful & the perfect place to unwind, this historic Inn was built around 1860, & is comfortable & cozy, with hardwood floors & great A/C. Relax with a daiquiri while taking a dip in the hot tub, or unwind each evening with a glass of wine on a porch swing while listening to the sounds of brass bands drifting over from Frenchman Street.

Enormous Marigny Haunted Mansion

Oh, if these walls could talk! The Montrose Mansion has quite a storied past. In the late 1800s, it was a bordello. At some point, it also saw some kind of tragedy, as it was also reportedly haunted by a ghost named Catherine. If that hasn’t scared you off, you’ll be happy to know that the entire home has been recently remodeled and each of the 7 bedrooms has an ensuite bath. It’s also located in the most convenient of locations and walking distance to the French Quarter and Marigny

The Retro Camper Van Room

The Retro Camper Van Room at the Hard Sell Hotel comes loaded with all the bells & whistles plus a side of nostalgia. This baby comes standard with a queen-size bed surrounded & covered with super soft shag. The hand painted retro stripes will take you back to the days when gas was $0.31/gallon. Front row bench seating, or couch, with plenty of leg room. Beaded curtains, bluetooth record player, smart TV & mini fridge are a perfect mix of that vintage feel and modern comfort.

New Listing! Renovated / historical Irish Channel

Classic shotgun late 19th century restored building. Although still keeps some of its original features such as hardwood floors, brick fireplaces, wood door and ceiling details. Fully furnished and equipped space with Smart TV, washer, dryer, Dishwasher, A/C - heat. House is located just a few blocks from Garden District, Magazine street and Saint Charles street, which offer a vast variety of dining experiences, shops, bars and parade routes among other things.
