Charming 1 bedroom attached cottage apartment in historic Algiers Point. Walking distance to coffee shop, eateries, and bars. Minutes via car to downtown, or a short walk to Algiers ferry terminal. Wonderful area for walking and viewing historical homes, Algiers Point is one of New Orleans oldest and most sought after neighborhoods. A quiet area great for work trips in the car, but also for tourists close to the action with friendly folks and minutes from the French Quarter and cruise terminal.

Tranquil Treetop Oasis in The Heart of New Orleans

This is a beautiful, well-lit 2 bedroom private apartment in the Broadmoor neighborhood of Uptown, affectionately called "The Heart of New Orleans." Enjoy staying in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a short 5 to 15 minutes of Downtown and the French Quarter, as well as great Uptown locations including St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street, Audubon Park and the Tulane and Loyola University areas. The house is just as close to Mid City, City Park, and the Fair Grounds, right in the middle of town!

Perfect couples retreat near the French Quarter

Relax in our solar powered, private home in the St. Roch neighborhood. Recharge in the queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including locally made coffee and snacks. Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. Don't pay cleaning fees others charge, we do our own cleaning to ensure everything is spotless. Discounts offered for weekly stays.

Beautiful home in the garden district, parking

Legally licensed vacation rental has 3 large bedrooms,2 full baths 1 half bath, dining room and kitchen den combo. Large third floor balcony overlooking the garden district. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and magazine street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

Wonderful Space.

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)

Cozy and Luxurious Desire Getaway, Great Location!

This bright and charming home was renovated with care and artistry by the owner who lives next door. Walk down Desire St to reach the entry gate to Crescent City Park, take a short drive to Bacchanal fine wine and spirits, roam the eateries and bars of the Bywater neighborhood, and enjoy the across-the-street view of a historic cemetery. 30 to 45 minute walk to the French Quarter, or an 8 minute drive!
