Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

Newtown studio close to Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital

Location, location, location. This studio is situated in the heart of buzzy Newtown. You can practically smell the coffee from the cafes on busy King Street and yet the studio is quiet and peaceful. Located right across the road from a popular park where there is alway something happening, dog walking, musicians plays their instruments etc. you can even do a tai chi class. The railway station is a short walk away - you can be in the CBD in 3 stops. Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital are also very close.

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

Light Filled Terrace Pad near Enmore Rd

The apartment is a beautiful, light filled space with lots of character, right in the heart of the Inner West. It sits on the bottom floor of a Victorian Era terrace that has been converted into two apartments. Car space included! A few minutes walk to Enmore Rd, you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. The iconic Enmore Theatre is 6 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to Stanmore Station. 16 minutes to Newtown Station. 4 minutes to bus stops that take you to the CBD.

Our beautiful studio is located at the rear of our house in one of the finest streets in Alexandria, just a short stroll to the Australian Technology Park. The studio is completely separate from our house with private access to a landscaped courtyard. We are a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Metro Station and a 10 minute walk from Redfern Station.

Wilson's is located adjacent to the cultural hub Carriage Works, RPA hospital and Sydney Uni. 5 min walk to either Newtown or Redfern station. Our spacious air conditioned one bedroom apartment has a cool contemporary feel with exposed brick walls, private and quiet.

Your private guest house/loft located on the cutest street in Erskineville, one of Sydney’s most adorable neighbourhoods, just steps away from the vibrant and arty Newtown shopping, restaurant and bar district. Locations in Sydney don’t get much better.
