The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Cosy Idyllic Cabin in South Devon

A luxurious, rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels & toiletries, woodburner, a good book, no street lights..You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: There's hot water & a large sink in the bathroom- & kitchen- & a hot outdoor shower at the back of the cabin running off gas & hose, which according to the reviews, is rather a favourite! In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner, or a portable gas fire.

The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.
