You are just steps from your deck to a private beach with access to launch water craft. Fit pit with lots seating as well. Located 6 km from south entrance to Gros Morne National Park. 26 km from Deer Lake. Pond Side is on Old Bonne Bay Pond Rd 1200 ft from the Viking Trail, Route 430. Perfectly centred to explore both north & south sides of Gros Morne Park.

Sip your morning cup of tea while taking in the magnificent view of Cape Broyle Harbour. Spend the day exploring the beautiful outports along the Southern Shore. As evening falls, sit around a bonfire on the beach or stargaze from our stage-head. Then cuddle up for a good night’s sleep accompanied by the sound of the ocean’s lullaby. Seasonally swim at local swimming holes or go ice skating on a nearby pond, close to East Coast Trails, and the Ferryland lighthouse plus many more attractions!

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.
