Extensively refurbished in Spring 2021 this first floor apartment offers bright and spacious accommodation with all bedrooms having en-suite shower facilities. The lounge opens onto a private patio area, ideal for eating alfresco. The property is situated just off the attractive market square of Tideswell, known as the "Cathedral of the Peaks". My bespoke Owl has uninterrupted views of the rolling Cheshire countryside, close to Nantwich which is full of historical interest and great pubs and restaurants. All necessities including a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Very comfortable bed settee with bedding. It is fully insulated and cosy. The space is compact but everything you need is there. You’ll love the outdoors space and surrounding neighbourhood. The Owl is great for couples and solo adventurers.

Within walking distance of the town but close to roadways leading to Bakewell, Ashbourne and Leek. Benefits from free on-road parking just a few metres outside the property. With a Kingsize bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the spacious lounge we can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.
