The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

The Sea Woods community offers 53-acres of old Florida style, including shaded walking and biking trails.

It has an amazing view of the beach from the private balcony on the 6th floor.
