Prairie Oasis

This is a lovely, clean little home in peaceful scenic rural America. A very comfortable home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a laundry room, and a pool table. Also a nice yard, large raspberry patch. The area is a must for birdwatchers. Chase lake and Arrowood National Wildlife Refuges are close by. It is also a very popular spot for waterfoul and upland game hunters. There is a cafe and bar in town. Groceries and other necessities can be obtained in Jamestown or Carrington both about 40 mi.

We have 2 homes and 2 cabins available. All are on our working family farm. The farmstead itself is about 40 acres, all available to guests. Extensive vintage perennial gardens and annual gardens cover much of the landscape. There are wide mowed trials through varying habitat for animal and bird watching, or just enjoying a stroll. Arrowwood National Wildlife Refuge is just 5 miles down the road. Hunting dogs are allowed. Additional garage space is provided for hunters to clean game.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for fishermen that like to fish the west side of Devil's Lake, located near several lake access points. There is a Blackstone grill, outdoor propane grill, large electric skillet, propane single & dual burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, Crock Pot, utensils, and basic condiments. THERE IS NO OVEN. Towels and linens are supplied. Fishing guide service now available for the open water season, message for availability.

3 Lazy S Ranch is a family ranching operation south of Devils Lake, North Dakota. Our ground is intermingled with the Spirit Lake Dakota Reservation. The cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with roomy kitchen and living room. It has 8 total beds (which include a futon and cot) and room to bring blow up mattresses. The property is close the to the best fishing in the state, only 5 miles away from Devils Lake access. Dogs welcome for small pet fee.
