The place is spacious and clean! Host sent out reminder messages and replied fast. Only complaint is water is not heat enough after couple ppl done their shower

Loved the location and Johns restaurant and other local recommendations. Very detailed communications, good use of local websites. TV and internet were easy to use+!. Kitchen was a little thin on basic supplies, but manageable.

We had a lovely stay here with friends for a ski trip! The place was comfortable and warm, and met all our needs. Bathrooms were very clean, and lots of storage space throughout the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and spices, great for our post-skiing meals! Easy parking available. We also enjoyed going to the communal hot tub and dry sauna in the complex. Overall a great stay.

Great unit close to Truckee and Northstar. The unit had everything we needed and plenty of space for the kids. The kids room is quite fun and there is a lot of board games also. Well stocked kitchen. The management was quick to reply and very helpful. We definitely recommend this unit.

This place was great for a group of 5 on a ski trip to Palisades. Just close enough to the resort without paying ski in/ski out prices. More than enough room both bedrooms, living spaces, and bathrooms. Thanks, Michelle!

Aaron’s place is as nice as the pictures show. It was very clean and comfortable. The living room area is really warm and pretty. I had a couple questions, and Aaron quickly responded with useful information. We’ll definitely look for this place in the future when heading to Tahoe.

Diana's place is great. kitchen and supplies are complete, comfortable beds and good space for lounging for our group of 6. about 30min from emerald bay statepark, lots of food and grocery options nearby

The home was beautiful. We it had everything we needed for our short ski trip to the region. The hot shower and the fireplace were the best. Jon had even provided extra space heaters in case some of the rooms needed extra heat.

Emily was an excellent communicator, making it easy to arrive late night and check-in. Only comment I would ask is if the # of the unit was listed once booked, we had to open up the picture to find #77 :). Loved the E&O toiletries, and everything was exactly as described. We would stay here again.

We came for a short weekend ski trip. Gwendal's place was perfect for our family of 3. It was super convenient, given the place is close to the village and free shuttle runs frequently. The location within community is also very convenient, this house was close to the parking - so less back and forth walk from the car to load/unload. The house itself was very clean, and spacious for us (2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath). We enjoyed staying here and hope to stay again in the future in of our ski trips!

Great place to stay at Kings Beach. Really clean loved the decorations, lots of amenities. Sebastian was very proactive with any questions we might have had. Overall great place to stay well definitely be back.

Stephanie was great! We booked last minute on a road trip as we were traveling thru & she got the place ready for us so quickly. Place is really wonderful! So many great & thoughtful details. Very clean & decorated so cute! We loved it. Walkable to restaurants & kings beach. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Leslie and John were great hosts. The house was amazing, renovated and everything was clean. It is walking distance to Village or the shuttle stop is close by as well. They were very flexible with ou check out due to our personal situation.

This was one of the best short term stays I’ve had. The townhouse had a fully stocked kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were functional, and the place was tastefully decorated. They even had some toys for our young kids to play with. I look forward to coming back!

Super friendly host, very clean property, and a great setup/layout for a ski weekend (both bedrooms have an ensuite)! The only downside was the fireplace was out of commission. This was clearly stated in the description though so no detractions here but definitely something to verify if it's a priority.

The place was very nice, very clean, and in a great location. We stayed in the winter, we were 15 minutes from great skiing/sledding. Can’t wait to go back in the summer. It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants. The place was extremely clean, and well-stocked. The only thing I didn’t love, was the beds were very firm, I would pack a mattress pad next time.
