Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Posizione ottima vicino al mare, Mino è molto cordiale e accogliente, reperibile sempre e pronto a a dare consigli. Da ripetere sicuramente!

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Tiziana's apartment is inside a 1500's fortress which was a unique experience. She met us at the train station and walked back with us to the apartment and presented us with a nice bottle of wine. The apartment is as described in the listing. Having a morning coffee or an afternoon beverage facing the marina was very pleasant (the balcony is quite small ). The location is 10 minutes from the train station and about a 30 minute walk to Anzio. The American war cemetery is about a 30 minute walk and is very well worth the visit. Many restaurants very close by. Just a word of caution: take your time walking up and down the 22 steps to the apartment as they are a bit in disrepair. We highly recommend Tiziana's Airbnb.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

In viaggio di piacere con la famiglia ,abbiamo trovato all'ultimo momento una sistemazione veramente confortevole,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Padroni di casa molto socievoli e disponibili nonostante tutti e due impegnati con il loro lavoro. Situato in zona periferica ma molto tranquilla e di facile collegamento con autobus e metropolitana,per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città eterna. Un ringraziamento ai padroni di casa per la disponibilità.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here, the views are stunning and the location peaceful. Simona was a perfect host, great communication, showed us how everything worked and recommended places in the local area before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. She was also quick to respond for any queries that cropped up. The property is as shown on the photos, immaculate and spacious, we had everything we could possibly need and more. All in all a really great place to stay. You do need a car to get around, but driving was easy.

Simone è un ospite molto gentile e premuroso. La sua casa è tenuta molto bene e pulita. Nei dintorni vi è la possibilità di svolgere attività all’aperto (corsa e MTB) nella vicina pineta di Castel Fusano: uno dei parchi più belli di Roma. Per chi ama l’archeologia vi sono, a pochi minuti di auto, i magnifici scavi di Ostia Antica e il relativo porto romano di Claudio e Traiano. Penso tornerò. Ciao e grazie di tutto.

"Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Cristina bedanken für die wundervolle Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, mit einer perfekten Lage nahe am Meer. Die Gastfreundschaft von Christine war hervorragend. Wir haben hier eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Rom, das nur etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Und das Beste: Die nächste Stadt ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ideal für Einkäufe oder Essen."

Siamo stati in 11 amici in questa villa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per gruppi numerosi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. La posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Anzio, quindi facile da raggiungere ma abbastanza tranquilla per rilassarsi. Un’ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Quel excellent séjour !! Et cela pour beaucoup grâce à notre hôte très accueillant, réactif, serviable et facilitant ! Le logement est top : canapé XXL, literie neuve, jacuzzi sur la terrasse, nombreux équipements...! Modestino a été très à l'écoute, arrangeant et surtout très soucieux de notre confort ! Nous étions en famille, c'était très pratique pour aller passer la journée/soirée au centre de Rome, ou à la cité antique à côté ! La place de parking est également un plus, tout comme la proximité (!) de l'aéroport ! De nombreuses recommandations, beaucoup d'attention, très bonne communication...un hôte parfait, la classe à l'italienne ! 😉

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.

Ho passato uno splendido weekend, nonostante il tempo ahimè non fosse bello. Mio figlio ed io ci siamo sentiti a casa. Casa grande, ben organizzata, pulita, dotata di tutto ed arredata con gusto. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Spero di tornare quanto prima!

Valerio is super helpful , kind and his place makes you feel right at home. The apartment is strategically located, 5 min walk to the train station which links to Roma Termini. My daughter and I enjoyed our short stay .

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Great place to stay . Very big apartment with two big bedrooms with its own balconies and an open plan living room . Safe and secure car park if you are renting car like me . Everything was as described in the advert , Matteo was very quick in his responses and sorted out a couple of minor things as quick as possible. If you are using this accommodation as a base to explore Roma , just check the local train times and plan accordingly as the train schedules change between weekdays and weekends. The local station is Casablanca which can be reached by 15 minutes walk.
