Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Anna was incredibly kind and helpful, and had many useful recommendations. The house was clean and beautiful with everything you could need. Highly recommend this gem!

Siamo stati in questa villa per un addio al celibato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La villa è stupenda, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, super disponibili e molto flessibili sia per il check-in che per il check-out, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e piacevole. Consigliatissima, torneremmo sicuramente!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und es wahr alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Check in und Check Out waren völlig problemlos. Das Begrüßungskomitee (die Katzen) haben uns auch in der späten Nacht empfangen. das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und den malerischen Kiwi Hainen. Bis zum nächsten Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und man ist nach zwei Stationen am Hauptbahnhof in Rom. Die Kommunikation mit Ricardo war immer schnell und sehr hilfreich. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Veronica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed essendo in pieno centro storico di questo bellissimo borgo la sera abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata arrivando tra i vicoli resi ancora più suggestivi dalle luci notturne fino al bellissimo Castello Caetani che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare la mattina successiva, malgrado fossimo in compagnia del nostro cane Milù. Una vera chicca di questa struttura è la grandissima vasca idromassaggio incastonata nella roccia posta al piano inferìore della casa. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

This BnB was absolutely breathtaking. It has an amazing kitchen, and the terrace was large and peaceful. The apartment is perfectly situated near shopping and restaurants. The host is also very kind. We drove from Calabria to Rome, which took longer than expected as we had young kids with us. Francesca was very accommodating to our situation. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

Smuk og charmerende lejlighed med flot indretning i idyllisk middelalderkvarter. Udsigt over kvarteret, havnen og havet fra terrassen og øverste plan. Kan dog være lidt snak på gaden om aftenen fra nærliggende bar. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen og alt er i orden og så rent og pænt. Francesca er imødekommende og hurtig til at kommunikere.

El apartamento es muy lindo y acogedor. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una estadia maravillosa. Si bien queda a las afueras de Roma, ese no es ningun inconveniente gracias a la gran disposicion de Claudio para el traslado a la estacion de tren y estar en Roma en 20 minutos. Nos sentimos muy felices en el alojamiento y hubiéramos querido quedarnos mas tiempo. Los recomendamos sin duda alguna. Gracias por todo. Un abrazo para Domenica y Claudio. Un saludo para Cugui 🐶

Härlig utsikt från terrassen och bra förbindelser till Rom. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vi skulle gärna stanna ett par dagar till.

super petit appartement avec un emplacement pratique. facile à relier depuis Rome (20 minutes de ter, qui se trouve à500 mètres de l appartement) Giuditta est une hôte sympathique et réactive, et elle a su accéder à notre demande un peu particulière. merci pour ce bel accueil qui nous a permis de nous sentir attendu en descendant de l avion. merci

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Danilo ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Unsere Teenager waren sehr glücklich, jeweils ein Zimmer für sich alleine zu haben. Und das Highlight sind natürlich die Schildkröten und der tolle Garten. Die Villa ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, besonders die Galerie ist außergewöhnlich.

Certainly was absolutely great discover. The place it’s running by truly warm heart and beautiful people , ambassador of beautiful corner of lazio landscape . We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Our stay here was fantastic! Claudio was a spectacular host - he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The yard is private and filled with beautiful plants and trees and the rooftop was a wonderful place to get some sun. Claudio and his home made our stay in Italy even better than we could have imagined!
