County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

The home offers a true escape where one can spin a record by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or walk or bike to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our road.

La Casita is a two bedroom one bath Spanish style bungalow located in Napa’s charming Old Town. We are just a 15 minute walk from downtown or a short Uber ride or drive to posh shops, wine tasting rooms, day spas and critically acclaimed restaurants all within ½ mile. Great location to visit all that the Napa Valley has to offer! Charming spanish style decore, hardwood floors and pleasant gardens with a relaxing hot tub and patio table. 1 dog considered for a $100 fee.

F.J. Massa House

Named in honor of an Italian immigrant who settled in Napa in the early 1900’s to grow vegetables for his new-found community. Frank Massa built this mediterranean cottage as a wedding gift for his wife-to-be in 1930. The two bedroom, one bathroom cottage is listed on the historic register and fully restored to its original elegance & appointed with original furnishing and fixtures from the 1930's. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
