The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

By car, it’s a 15-minute ride to the heart of Stockholm. Don’t miss the city commuter boats at Nacka Strand, 5 km away. You’ll find a local bakery and food store within a 2 km walk and Nyckelviken nature reserve just 1 km away.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The sofa in the living room is a fold out bed which sleeps two people (140 cm wide). Two roomy terraces, both with furniture and tables. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
