High standard accomodation in excellent location! Calm surroundings on an island in the archipelago, with a 20 minute drive to Stockholm city centre. The ferry from the nearby harbor takes you either to the city centre or further out in the archipelago. The closest train stop is a 10 minute walk. A fantastic nature reserve is neighboring the house. Beaches, an outdoor swimming pool and a few nice restaurants nearby. The perfect house for a combination of exploring nature as well as the city!

Huset är modernt inrett, med ljusa färger & stora skjutbara glaspartier som öppnar upp vardagsrummet mot loungegruppen på den 40m2 stora altanen. Altanen ligger i bästa läge med sol under eftermiddagen och kvällen. På några minuters promenadavstånd ligger Albysjön & närmaste sandstrand. Villaområdet som huset ligger i ligger på en halvudde - väldigt naturskönt och gränsar till naturreservat. Så boendet är perfekt för den som söker en avkopplande vistelse med naturen som granne.

Här får familjen ett rymligt hem med stor tomt nära både skärgård och stad. På sommaren finns studsmatta, gungor, kubb mm. Cyklar finns att låna. Vintertid när det är snö bjuder baksidan in till pulkaåkning på berget. Huset ligger nära buss som tar er in till slussen på under 20 min. I närområdet finns flera fina badplatser på gångavstånd där vissa sjöar förvandlas till skridskobanor vintertid. Boendet är djurfritt under vistelsen, men en katt bor här i vanliga fall.

Villa i vacker skogsmiljö och ca 100 m till Sågsjön. Sommaren erbjuder bad från gemensamma bryggor. På vintern kan man åka skridskor på sjön, ca 2 min promenad. Vi erbjuder ett modernt hem med öppenspis och terrasspool (14 pers). El-uppvärms på sommaren och eldas på vintern. Ved ingår och finns i vedboden på baksidan av huset. På vår 3500 kvm stora naturtomt hittar du en stor gräsmatta, studsmatta, gungor, blåbärsris och en massa kryddor.

Mysigt gästhus med uteplats 6 km från city

Fridfullt och centralt beläget boende 15 min från Stockholm city/Slussen med utmärkta kommunikationer. Litet gästhus med kök och badrum. Trinettkök med kyl, frys, ugn/microvågsugn, tvättmaskin, TV, Wifi. Säng 120 cm samt extra säng 70 cm. Uteplats i gemensam trädgård med värdens familj. Bussar var 10e minut in mot city. Gångavstånd till köpcentrum i Nacka Forum eller Sickla. Badplats samt utegym finns inom gångavstånd.

Gratis parkering direkt utanför på gatan. 8 min gångväg till köpcentrum med mataffärer, fik, restauranger och gym. 15 min buss till två fantastiska spa Yasuragi och Skepparholmen samt till den vackra konsthallen Artipelag.
