On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

North Padre Island Escape: Dog allowed King bed

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. The condo is a quiet getaway on the canals that represents the island lifestyle (including furry family members). WIFI - for business, school, or entertainment. BEACH! Heated pools! Great Location! Playground!

Large, modern 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouse, for max 4adults and 2 kids, on N. Padre Isl. close to Packery channel. Short walk to the beach. 3 heated pools, playground, grills and 2 parking spots. Patio. Inside: 2 smart TVs with Netflix, washer/dryer, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, crock-pot. This cozy* ground floor Island Condo has easy access (short walk) to the Padre Beach. It has a private outdoor patio & located very close to the condo building’s pvt. swimming pool, fishing dock & laundry room. It’s an efficiency Unit, with queen bed and pull-out full sofa bed (living area) & has a well equipped kitchen. This is one of 5 cabins just a block and a half from the beach. Comfortable by the beach! Great summer getaway!

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

Coastal Getaway

This cozy, private coastal getaway includes a twin trundle with a pop-up twin beneath. (there is also a twin inflatable mattress in the shallow loft). Perfect for solo adventurers or business travelers; can work for couples. It is located in the historic Del Mar neighborhood, 2 1/2 blocks from the bay and Cole Park. The ideal location to experience all the wonderful activities that the "sparkling city by the sea" has to offer.
