This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. This fantastic vacation home is great for families to share with 2 separate levels, each has its own private entrance and 2 full kitchens. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will get incredible bay view sunsets off of the upstairs deck. The complex has 3 pools and a hot tub. There are several ponds and there is even a golf cart bridge/boardwalk leading to the beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Max 2 dogs. NO SMOKING
