One (1) private bedroom with double bed, private bath and private kitchenette in our renovated 1860's house on a quiet, tree lined street in Cambridge. Separate dedicated entrance for the exclusive use of our guests. Short walk to Red Line T-stop, Charles River, neighborhood parks and great local coffee shops and restaurants. Only one mile to Harvard, MIT or BU. Visitor parking permit available upon request. Please Note: House rules include: no smoking and no vaping on property.

A King Bed | Apartment | Middle of Boston

Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. The full kitchen with oversized counter is great for eating; comfy living room for relaxing and an office nook for working.

Our cozy studio sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a patio and grassy backyard. Located just steps from Harvard Medical School and world-class hospitals (Brigham and Women's, Boston Children's, Dana Farber, Beth Israel, Mass Eye & Ear, etc.) and top colleges (Northeastern, Wentworth, MassArt, MCPHS, Simmons, Emmanuel, Berklee, NEC, etc). We are also located right on the green line T subway station and just a few stops away from all the attractions in downtown Boston.

We’re thrilled to share our newly finished garden-level studio! Thoughtfully designed for comfort, it includes a queen-sized bed, cozy living area, kitchen, and private bathroom.
