Sleek Waterfront Apartment in Twin Waters

Defined by its blend of muted colours and geometric decor pieces, this subdued apartment has a streamlined style that fosters a climate of calm. A covered deck patio invites the ideal space to host a barbeque, complete with lake views. Direct lagoon water views and ground floor access make this a dream holiday destination. You can't help but relax! Ground floor apartment with your own private garden and deck with direct walking access to the resort restaurants and bar, lagoon, pool, surf beach and river. Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Any questions before or while you are staying, please text, call or you can message via AirBnB. Contact details are all provided in the information pack on arrival. Set within Twin Waters Resort, the apartment is set beside the Maroochy River. It's steps away from a golf course and a beach, as well as a conservation area. Seaside Unit - Marcoola Beach

The Pacific Ocean to the east with patrolled beaches nearby, and the majestic Mount Coolum to the west! This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.
