Enjoy the wood burning fire (wood provided), smart TV & boardgames as well as the fabulous Seasons on Mt Snow facilities where you can relax in a hot tub, pool or sauna. Our ski in/out location is the best on the mountain, between the main face & Carinthia Freestyle Park! The minimal cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly. 10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow 10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington This is a country house, not a boutique hotel :) If booking during winter or spring months, we HIGHLY recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).

The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. The inside has a stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, projector with dvds, books, board games, chandelier, and dimmable lighting for any mood. This home is truly one of a kind.

Brook House: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Mt Snow

The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. To bask in the sun or do yoga on the deck, or gaze into dark, starry skies from the hot tub and fire pit at night. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

Architectural GuestSuite

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!

Beautifully renovated bright, 125 year old home in town. House thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Touchless flushing toilets. Mini-Split air conditioning in each bedroom and on the main level. Minutes to MT Snow. Easy walk to town for food and shopping. Deerfield river directly across the street. 2 min from the lake. Valley hiking trails within sight. There is a 2 car limit. A request for additional vehicles needs to be made prior to check-in.
