Ranch house on a quiet hill located an equal distance to downtown Hendersonville and Asheville. Country location with all conveniences nearby. Relax by the firepit with a mountain view. Visit Sierra Nevada (4 min) for a tour of the brewery and some fabulous food! Other nearby locations include WNC Agricultural Center, Riveter, Ingles Grocery Store, Asheville Airport, Mills River Town Center, Mills River Creamery, Waterfalls at Dupont State Park, access the Parkway in just a few miles, and more!

Peaceful mountain retreat perfect for large groups or a quiet weekend away. Located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. Main house is a 3 bed/2.5 bath while the cozy guesthouse above the garage is a 1 bed/1 bath with a full kitchen. Enjoy mountain views and sunsets from almost every room. Mtn Sunset View, 4 miles to Downtown AVL, King Bed

Although this newly-renovated mid-century home feels eons away from the real world -- as it is perched atop a beautiful mountain with breathtaking sunset views -- it is only about 4 mi/15 minutes away from Downtown Asheville! New mattresses plus quality furniture and fireplace fill the space, and we have fully-stocked the kitchen. The best feature is the deck. We can host up to 8 guests, with 3 beds/bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa; 2 full baths. We have 2 family rooms — one upstairs and one down.

High speed internet! Creek and fire pit!

Note: Our property has recently been cleaned up after Hurricane Helene. The town of Hendersonville and Asheville are all open and many favorite spots have reopened. Cozy home with full kitchen and full bath located on a tree covered drive. This one bedroom house is your own private oasis. Only 8 miles (approximately 15 minutes) to downtown Hendersonville, 13 miles (approximately 25 minutes) to chimney rock and lake lure, and 18 miles (approximately 30 minutes) to downtown Asheville

Less than 4 miles to downtown Asheville in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with comfortable, shady front porch and fenced yard. Large, fenced yard. Charming, 1920s bungalow with large kitchen and primary bath. Primary bathroom and kitchen recently updated. Original hardwood floors. Great place for large groups, all within striking distance of downtown, River Arts, French Broad River and all the breweries. Up to two dogs allowed with additional pet fee of $50.
