Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Mix aus Antiquitäten in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen und Neuausstattung der Küche und Bäder hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten gleicht einem kleinen Park mit herrlichem alten Baumbestand und einem erfrischenden Pool. Rom ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Top Kommunikation. Wir hatten einen großartige Zeit!

Super séjour chez Daniele. La maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Elle est décorée avec goût. Elle est située dans un endroit paisible avec 2 espaces extérieurs dont un qui permet de rentrer la voiture, ce qui est un plus lorsque l’on loge sur Rome. Elle est proche d’un parking relais pour prendre le métro , ce qui a été très pratique pour nous déplacer et visiter les différents monuments. Cela évite de prendre sa voiture car c’est très difficile de circuler et stationner en plein centre ville. Si vous souhaitez découvrir Rome, je recommande le logement de Daniele sans hésitation 😊

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois au sein de cette magnifique petite maison très originale et charmante qui se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Rome. Tout était parfait dans la maison, tout était fonctionnel et très pratique. Le parking se situe à quelques mètres de la maison, dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La piscine est également très belle et très bien entretenue. Nous nous déplacions le plus souvent en voiture mais nous avons également pris les transports en commun et il est vraiment très simple de rejoindre le centre-ville en bus. Il y a de très nombreux commerces, restaurants et services dans le quartier. Il est très facile et agréable de communiquer avec Ulderico. Il a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien et si tout allait bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Check-in was very easy to manage. Andrea was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — always available and genuinely attentive to our needs. Communication with him was smooth, kind, and very pleasant from beginning to end. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Eur bölgesinde konferansımız olduğu için bu bölgeyi tercih ettik. Ulaşımı son derece kolaydı. Otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde ve 15 dk içinde ulaşabildik. O bölgede işi olanlar için tavsiye ederim. Ev merkeze uzak fakat bir otobüs ve metro aktarmayla bir saat içinde ulaşılabiliyor. Muhit son derece sakin. Çok yakında küçük bir market temel ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Yakında üç dört de güzel restorant mevcut. Büyük bir avm ye de oldukça yakın. Ev güzel bir konut içerisinde. Sakin ve temiz. Hiç gürültü ve mahremiyet problemi olmadı. 4 yaş oğlumuzla çok rahat konakladık. Ev gayet temiz. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Bütün eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve cana yakın. Tüm talimatları eksiksiz açıklıyor ve sorulara çok çabuk ve içten cevap veriyor. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum

We felt very comfortable during our stay – the apartment was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There was nothing we missed, and the connection to public transport was great. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Flavio. L'appartement est grand, très agréable et bien équipé. Le grand balcon est également très appréciable pour profiter de l'extérieur qui donne sur un joli jardin. Rome est facilement accessible via un bus ou un tram qui se trouve à quelques minutes de marche. Merci à Flavio pour ses réponses toujours très reactives. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Buen alojamiento en general para salir a conocer Roma. El depto es cómodo y limpio, pero solo hay una habitación, no dos. Matteo fue atento en general con todo lo que necesitamos. Solo tengan en cuenta que para llegar al vaticano o centro de Roma no se puede caminando (está retirado). Afortunadamente abajo hay camiones que te conectan con estos puntos.

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

Una Dimora con una vista mozzafiato che avevo utilizzato per prepararmi il giorno del matrimonio. Perfetta location per le foto. Lorella molto amichevole e disponibile rende il soggiorno nella villa molto piacevole. Super spaziosa sia all’interno ma anche all’esterno soprattutto per l’estate per chi volesse pranzare o cenare all’esterno con le molte griglie e molti tavoli disponibili.
