Spacious, newly renovated one-bedroom suite in the heart of Monterey Park. The 1B1.5B has access to sparkling pool views as well as a large private balcony. It is well equipped with a master bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a study area, and kitchen essentials. This entire suite will be all yours. Experience luxury living with access to authentic Chinese food, a large Daiso, and an AMC all downstairs. It is centrally located near two large supermarkets and major freeway entrances.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
