La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Bellissimo alloggio. Sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Grande cura per i dettagli. Grandi spazi sia nella zona giorno al piano terra che nel salotto al primo piano.Avere una camera al primo piano e due al piano terra con rispettivi bagni permette, volendo, anche privacy nel caso di due famiglie o genitori/ figli. Giardino molto piacevole con una piscina molto gradita dopo una giornata dedicata alle meraviglie di Roma facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino che porta a piazzale Flaminio. Sulla stada tra la casa e il trenino un ottimo supermercato per fare la spesa che unito alle delizie offerte dall orto ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevolissime cene sotto la pergola attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e illuminazione. Possibilita anche di rilassarsi con ping pong e calcetto. Grazie Lucia per il bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere anche con i nostri figli.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We are so pleased that we chose to stay here. Communication and directions were outstanding. We hope to come back and enjoy more time again soon

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

El apartamento tiene un encanto especial. La ubicación es perfecta, y las terrazas le dan un toque espectacular. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la decoración bohemia crea un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención de Vittorio fue excelente; además de ser muy atento, hablaba español, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft bei Ladi in Trastevere war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – mitten im charmanten Trastevere, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderschöne Innenhof, eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Besonders toll war auch Ladi selbst: Er hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und eine kleine Führung durchs Viertel gemacht – mit vielen persönlichen Tipps zu seinen Lieblingsläden und Restaurants. Das war super hilfreich und total nett! Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The apartment is nice. The bedrooms are spacious and 2 nice bathrooms. The kitchen is very small and simple. It has everything you need. When you are in Rome, you are out touring most of the day anyways. So this place is a nice, simple apartment to come home to. The host is very nice and the check in process was very easy. It is always expensive to find places to stay in Rome. This is a nice place, for a fair price, that is close walking distance to all the major attractions.

The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and a few supermarkets. The balcony was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Would definitely book again if we ever visit Rome in the future.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjours à Rome grâce à Emanuele et Ana qui sont restés très bienveillants et disponibles pour nous. La maison etait magnifique et agréable à vivre. Nous relevons surtout leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les meilleurs hôtes d'Airbnb !!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Questo alloggio è in una posizione che mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo passato tanto tempo in giardino, godendoci la tranquillità. Avevamo tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo vissuto il viaggio in modo sereno e senza pensieri. Grazie di cuore.
