We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.
