This spacious home is full of Southern character with a huge front porch perfect for morning coffee or an evening breeze. Inside you'll find a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen area, and nicely appointed bedrooms. Enjoy the more rural Jordan Lake area in Moncure with easy access to US1, and all of the surrounding triangle region!

Christmas Tree Farm Bunkhouse near Jordan Lake

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. This newly remodeled home is on 4 wooded acres in Pittsboro. It is one mile from Chatham Park, and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is convenient to drive to Jordan Lake, Fearrington Village, Chaple Hill, Apex, and Cary. Chatham County is one of the fastest growing in the state, but Pittsboro retains it's historic and eclectic roots. We are pet-friendly, with a fenced in backyard.
