The cabin and owners have a history of military service from the construction and finishing of the cabin by a "Frogman," (Navy Seal) to the families' past and current military service including an active Navy Seal son. The cabin's name pays tribute to their military contributions and is called the "Seal Inn."

Welcome to the Holmestead.. a Rustic dry cabin on 5 acres nestled between Mill Creek and a seasonal run off stream with easy access to the highway and only a 10 min drive to Missoula. Our property offers the peace and quiet of the outdoors while also allowing guests to make the easy 3 mile drive to the local grocery store. We look forward to sharing our piece of Montana with you! A “dry cabin” simply means that there is no running water inside the structure.

Boat launch available , fire pit , huge outdoor dining space and kayaks available from the dock.
