We had some unexpected issues during our stay, but the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional in handling everything. He truly went above and beyond to make things right, which we really appreciated. The location was great, and with the host’s attentiveness, we left feeling taken care of. The view here is 2nd to none! We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this house was so well stocked and perfect for our family. Steps from the ocean and walkable to markets, coffee shops, etc. Also loved the at there was trash valet and weekly window washing…the little things! Would definitely stay again!

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. Check out Ginger's suggestions located in the studio via a convenient map or the link she sends beforehand. Thank you for a great stay, Ginger!

Very good location. Close to beach and close drive to everything. The neighbors upstairs could be a little loud but overall we got a good nights sleep and had lots of fun exploring the area. The host is very nice and responsive. The property is a little old but overall it’s cute and well taken care of.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

Wonderful place! We have stayed at Budd & Matt’s place before and hopefully will stay again. Excellent location and the view is amazing! Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable King size bed, full kitchen, and lovely bathroom. Budd & Matt are fantastic hosts and their attention to detail is so appreciated.

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

We had a great stay at Capri by the Sea!! The full wall of windows overlooking Pacific Beach was breath taking. My entire family spent time just watching the surfers and listening to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and well appointed. The instructions and communications prior to our stay and throughout the stay were timely and responsive. The pool was warm, even on the chilly days and the hot tub was hot!! The best part was how walkable everything was. (Definitely get ice cream at Handels!) We also took advantage of the coin operated washer/dryers at the end of the hall. If I had to offer a criticism it would be that the decorations and bathrooms were a bit dated but they were perfectly clean and functioning. Again, no one looked at the art on the walls when you have such an amazing view!! Thank you for a great stay we would love to come back again!!

Great spot for our family trip - two adults, two children <5. Indoor reserved parking spot was very convenient for us, since we had to rely on a car/car seats with children. Pool access and Airbnb came with toys and kids amenities for beach/pool. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was convenient. Location-wise, you're right on the beach and easy to walk to plenty of different types of restaurants, coffee, bars. CVS is right down the street. Easy drive to La Jolla as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful location. Parking garage is in the same building but towards the back side, which was hard to understand at first. Other than that, the airbnb was very comfortable and clean. Host is very responsive and knowledgeable about area. Cute decor and it had almost everything we needed. Will book again from host.

The condo was as described and well stocked with beach items. Parking was easy and there were plenty of great food places a short walk away. The unit does get cold at night and there are 4 space heaters, two of them worked great while the other two are due for replacement. There were plenty of blankets. I'd point out that the pool and hot tub were a few houses from the property inland, and not right at the property. Also while there are great views from the unit there isn't a place on the property outside of the unit to sit and watch the ocean. The security guards at the front desk were willing to watch luggage after check out so that was a convenient bonus.

In my husband’s words, if one of our friends was looking for a place to stay, we’d recommend this condo to them! Location is fantastic for beach and restaurants. I appreciated that everyone respected the quiet hours, just as posted. Definitely a home away from home, and we couldn’t be happier with our first Airbnb stay.

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

Great stay if you want to bring your dog to the beach. Lots of great dog friendly restaurants and the beach is just outside your door. Even if you don’t have a dog it’s still a great spot.

Michelle and Earl are the kind of hosts that go above and beyond for you! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were so many toys for the kids to play with and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. The beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella made our beach trips the best! We loved walking a few minutes to restaurants every morning and night and the yard is a most wonderful place to hang out after a long day. This truly is a wonderful place to stay!

Place was ok, only ended up staying one of the nights due to emergency and host was not able to accommodate the change. Location was great but there was mold in the coffee maker
