Jan'25 remodel apt. for young family or 3 adults

In S. Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a cpl blocks South of Belmont Park. We live upstairs and offer a small 1 and 2 bedrm apartments (approx 500 sq. ft each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adult (3 adults max or 2 adults/2 children max (no exceptions), top bunk 110lbs. max) We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching you enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

Old School Oceanfront Beach Bungalow

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are all about the oceanfront view and direct beach access. Our apartment is ground-level on the busy Mission Beach Boardwalk. It’s best for easygoing folks who are planning to spend their days on the sand and in the water. Our place has a vintage and rustic style with wood paneling. Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

Modern Bayside Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with adequate seating. We have a window AC in living/dining area & fan in the bedroom. We have wall heaters in living & bedroom. There is no assigned parking.

Mission Beach - Great Location and Price🏄🏼‍♂️

This apartment is perfect for small families or couples who want to enjoy a beach vacation on a budget. You will love staying this close to the beach and I provide everything needed for a great beach vacation. The apartment will be comfortable and clean. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.
