My husband and I spent 4 nights at this B&B and it was absolutely incredible. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything and gave clear instructions. They also stopped by on our last day to make sure everything was okay and brought us breakfast given it was an extremely snowy evening the night before. The B&B was exactly as it was in the pictures and was a really comfortable experience. The plus was that you could see Mt. Fuji right from the front porch on a clear day. The bus stop is right in front of the B&B so we didn’t have to drag our luggage too far. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with some great restaurants and konbinis located within a 15-20 minute walk from it. Would definitely love to go back and stay there again.

有2個廁所，1個浴室，地方乾淨，但地板很薄很應聲，樓上我們團友走路的聲音樓下會聽得清楚。 而且車路很窄，我們開SUV是可以過到的，但要很小心，要開得很慢。司機說這條路有點難開，很怕刮花車身。 富士山景觀很清晰！房間和客廳都看見大大個富士山，住得很開心。

My family like the place. The surrounding is peaceful. Amenities are as per description and he even provided free toiletries (toothbrush etc). House very clean and insulation is good. Really helpful during winter. Mattress is comfy too. Managed to get clear view of Mount Fuji on the road near to the house. Thanks for having us.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful kawaguchiko apartment. Place was exactly as described and in prestige condition. Close to all Mt. Fuji hot spots and a feel safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Geat accomodation with a wonderful host (that also offered to pick us up from the main station). The room was spacious and also had a view of Mount Fuji <3

Chiyo was very helpful recommend some places and air bnb is very clean and comfortable to stay in.

We stayed with our children and had a wonderful time. The place was clean, had a cozy and homely atmosphere, and we felt very comfortable. We could feel Mt. Fuji close by, and with Lake Kawaguchi nearby as well, we enjoyed the rich nature and had a relaxing stay. Child-friendly tableware was provided, so we felt at ease. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. A hot spring facility was just a short drive away, and both kids and adults had a great time. The bathroom in the room was also very comfortable. The guidance before our stay was polite and helpful. We’d love to stay here again! 子ども連れで宿泊し、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。 清潔で、居心地がよくアットホームな雰囲気で、とても快適に過ごしました。 富士山を間近に感じられ、河口湖も近くにあり、自然が豊かでリラックスした滞在ができました。 子ども用の食器も用意されていて、安心して過ごせました。 近くにはショッピングモールもあり、さらに便利でした。 車ですぐのところに温泉施設もあり、子どもも大人も大満足でした。 部屋のバスルームもベッドルームもとても快適でした。 事前の案内も丁寧で親切でした。 またぜひ利用したいです！

Everything here was amazing. - The drive here from Tokyo was incredible scenic - The walkable distance from the location to amazing views of Fuji and restaurants - The hosts were also amazing at giving recommendations of nearby scenic places I can visit.

This place was perfect for our travels, has everything we needed and more. The location is incredible, the local town has lots of shops and restaurants and an incredible view of Fuji while also feeling quiet and serene, I’d highly recommend! The hosts helped us with any questions we had on buses and trains so we were well connected to travelling to other areas nearby.

Key and Marino are warmhearted. Guesthouse is amazing. The interior is clean. It’s the best choice if you come to Yamanakako！

My family and I had a great time at the cottage! It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our young son had a great time playing in the snow and staying warm by the fire. We also got to see lovely views of Mt. Fuji on our drive to the cottage.

5家族（大人9人、子ども8人）で使用させていただきましたが個室の多いこと、広々としたリビング、外のバーベキュー機器や広い厨房など、非常に快適に過ごせました。駐車場も広くて台数も多く停められ、子供達も入り口前のテーブル付近含めてそこで遊べて良かったです。 チェックインとチェックアウト時間も柔軟に対応いただきありがとうございました。

This is an amazing house to stay and it's worthwhile for family vacation. I spent two nights here with my family and we both enjoyed the house itself and the surroundings. The house is clean, warm and comfortable with the most beautiful view of Fuji mountain. Super convenient for the sunrise view. The host is very friendly and helpful! Hirano is kind of less convenient for food and drinks, but the host were willing to drive us to the restaurant which is quite far away. Hope I could go and stay again!
