Nos encantó el departamento , alcanzas a tener vista al mar, la zona súper cómoda para caminar , ir a restaurantes , los barcos para hacer recorridos de las estrellas, la arena del equipo de Miami heat, cvs, Ross, regresaría definitivamente al departamento cuando regrese a Miami!!

Modern Furnish OCEAN FRONT STUDIO!!!

Very nice and accomodating host. Place had everything required for a long stay. The valet service was extra but well worth it if you have a rental car. The location is central and close to Adventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, ....Nice balcony with view..No complaints..Thanks Yajaira!

10/10 experience at this Air BnB & the location was perfect for our stay. The check in process was smooth, and the host was very helpful answering any questions I had. The place was exactly as described in pictures with stunning views. Would definitely recommend staying at the Icon Brickell again!

Superbe emplacement (Mondrian South beach Miami hotel) à moins de 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Plage gratuite. Mazu a répondu immédiatement à mes nombreuses questions. Studio très propre, draps 100% coton de qualité, piscine de rêve avec service 5 étoiles, excellent restaurant...Un vrai paradis! J'y étais avec ma fille de 5 ans. Les employés de l'hôtel étaient hyper gentils avec elle et aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande +++!

I come to Miami multiple times a year and have been staying in this building for the past 2 years every time I come. This unit was by far one of my favourites! The decor was so cute, everything was clean and well kept. The host was extremely quick in responding to anything which has not always been the case in the past with other host/units. Will definitely choose this unit again going forward!

The views are spectacular and easy walking distance to the area that we were visiting. It does take a lot to be in early or stay out all night in this district. I understand as there are a lot of residents that are located in the building. Overall, the experience was all we could hope to have.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Gabrielle‘s place. The location was perfect. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable and we absolutely loved the apartment. Gabrielle was so much fun to speak with and was very helpful and attentive. I cannot recommend her enough and would highly recommend booking with her!

Mérité largement les 5 étoiles ! Super appartement, très propre, confortable et très bien placé. Dispose d’une très belle piscine chauffée. Jonathan est un hôte très attentionné. Nous avions de l’eau, du Prosecco, des chocolats et fruits frais en arrivant sans oublier de belles roses fraîches. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore !

I had an amazing stay at Dean’s Apartment in North Beach! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with great local spots for food and coffee nearby. Dean was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in and communication super easy. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood vibe while still being close to all the fun Miami has to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of North Beach!

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy. Henry greeted me and showed me around. Henry was very hospitable. The room was nice and very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants very close and convenient. I would definitely recommend his place.

BEACHFRONT CONDO-HOTEL Two rooms with free parking

Great value for size. 4th floor is lowest floor in the tower, so you cannot see the beach but you can see the ocean. Pictures looked dark but plenty of light throughout. Nice furnishings and thoughtful layout. Bathroom backs the lift, but most of the time it is very quiet. We went during Spring Break expecting some noise. Lobby was bustling but it was quiet on our floor. Don’t miss the restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food was better than the ratings let on. Kitchen not very stocked but there is a convenience store downstairs. Free Trolly out-front for all of Miami Beach. Valet service got behind with all the guests, so give them about 20 minutes while busy. You can call ahead, but dropping off after a night out will take some patience. Great value on Mid-Beach.

Gabriel’s place is a gem. It is situated at a prime spot in Miami Beach. The view of the beach from the room is spectacular. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building. Free parking is a big plus. The unit is well-equipped with essentials as well as for leisure like beach chairs and tennis rackets. He is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place!
