The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and Diego was a great host. Great location near the beach and also easy to reach Miami and surroundings. Amenities were great, we enjoyed the beautiful pool. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Sunny Island, Florida! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and offering great local recommendations. I especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and sunny escape!

We hebben twee nachten in de accommodatie verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat er was. De locatie is perfect voor een bezoek aan Everglades National Park. De accommodatie ligt ook dichtbij verschillende eetgelegenheden en in het huisje was een handige gids aanwezig met de suggesties van Andrew. Het huis was schoon, netjes en heeft mooie ruimtes. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren schoon en netjes, net als het zwembad in de tuin. We hebben hier heerlijk kunnen vertoeven om te ontsnappen aan de warmte van zuid Florida. Echt een aanrader!

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Tropical Paradise!! This place is exactly what’s needed to kick back and relax. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back.

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Miami, really peaceful location, beautiful balcony view, the studio is exactly like the photos, very clean, the building amenities are very nice, the pool was perfect, I will definitely be booking again, great price, I’ve been going to the owners restaurant for years, and they gave a gift card & champagne, very nice gift, 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I stayed at their Miami location and we absolutely loved it. The view was breathtaking. Will definitely be staying here again.

Good location. Easy to get ahold of the host. Loved the backyard area and felt like the rooms were spacious. We were a group of 5 adults but I think if you have a larger party some of the sleeping arrangements would be tight but it was fine for us. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The backyard was incredible and peaceful, a place you wanted to sit and really enjoy in the private tropical paradise. The furniture and beds were really comfortable, just and overall relaxing environment with beautiful windows. We would definitely love to stay again. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We were grateful for all the little touches.

Claudia and Elisa’s place was great- clean, well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor space is so lovely. Claudia was very communicative, friendly, and caring. She offered recommendations for food and places to visit and was overall very sweet and accommodating.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Miami! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was super convenient—close to everything, which made getting around easy. The host was incredibly resourceful and always available with helpful suggestions for local spots and things to do. Communication was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Perfect location, within walking distance of Coconut Grove. Very good for our dogs who could be outside off leash as the Airbnb is totally fenced. Carlos was a very responsive & helpful owner. We would certainly stay again

We had a wonderful stay, George and Beth go above and beyond for their guest on the little amenities upon arrival and have a beautiful little cottage tucked away and hidden in a beautiful garden oasis with their lush environment of palms and plant life. A nice canal just steps away in the backyard. We seen peacock bass and a few other fish while checking it out and just an overall great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

**A Perfect Getaway!** I recently stayed at Alejandra and Rodrigo place, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the space. The decor was charming and made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short to local cafes and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. Rodrigo and Alejandra was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions for check-in and being readily available for any questions I had. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

Wendy was the most kind hearted woman. Answered immediatly, helped us girls with whatever was needed, and made us feel safe. I would 100% reccomend her to anyone and everyone looking to go down to Florida.

Very nice condo. Natural light and view was perfect - did not need to use lights during daytime. Quiet neighborhood, secure building. Easy to walk anywhere in South Beach (if you are a walker). We did not drive at all while there. Extra supplies available such as soap and paper towels, which was helpful. Thank you, it was a very relaxing stay!

What a gem! This place is the rose amongst the thorns of high rise Miami. Nestled in a garden district behind Bal Harbour, this Oasis hideaway was the perfect escape from the chaos. Instead of the tourist crawl, we chose to nestle at home and absorb the tranquility for a recharge before our next destination. The Bluebirds and Cardinals flying between squirrels and lizards were enchanting. The pool was blissful and the sun was warm. If we ever return to Miami there is no other place we would stay. Hosts we’re exceptional. Gave us space and privacy but we’re there when we needed them.

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

Super location, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la plage et équipements intérieurs. l'emplacement de l'appartement est super, pas loin de la plage et du bus 100. Marcos a été disponible. je recommande fortement.

Good place to stay but confusing process between Airbnb and the hotel.

This was the most perfect Airbnb in south beach! The area was quiet, safe & close to everything. They communicated flawlessly & i was left with 0 questions. They even provided recommendation for things to do in the area (one place being the restaurant big pink which was only a 5 minute walk & we were NOT disappointed!) even just walking around the surrounding neighborhoods was gorgeous & upscale. We enjoyed the pool for a day & everyone in the area was so nice. Ubers were able to find the place very easily & the free transit in the area had a lot of super close pick up places nearby. Collins ave & ocean drive were only about 5-10 minute walks & the road/area was nicely lit. They checked in to make sure every thing was great & provided extremely detailed instructions which made everything go so smooth. I would give more than 5/5 if i could! Thank you for the stay :)
