This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

Es war ein tolles Appartment. Mit einer fantastischen Lage. Alles notwendige vor Ort. Sogar Stühle und Schirm für den Strand. Alles sehr sauber. Sogar Pads für Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Debbie ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great spot with great amenities.

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my stay was too short (2 nights). Well-maintained older hotel building. Alex and Sofi go out of their way to please us as guests! Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Area offers so much that's delightful! Beautiful beaches, many options for bike riding (Citybike, many private shops with e-bikes, scooters, beach cruisers, kids bikes/kiddie cabooses.) Can ride on city streets or on the Boardwalk (except no electric allowed). Great restaurants! Nice variety of activity along Ocean Ave. North seems more lively with open-air restaurants/music and South is more upscale and serene with parks. CVS/Walgreens, bus stop all within 5-10 minute walk. I definitely hope to return to one of Alex and Sofi's bnbs!

Para finalizar uma estadia de quase 1 mês pela Flórida, resolvemos passar os 4 últimos dias relaxando nessa excelente casa. Somos 4 famílias, 9 adultos e 6 crianças ao todo. A escolha não poderia ser mais acertada. A casa está toda estruturada de forma muito aconchegante e funcional, com excelente distribuição dos vários espaços, de forma a agradar a quem nela se hospeda. Está decorada com muito bom gosto e equipada com modernos e completos aparelhos. Além desses aspectos, nos hospedarmos às margens do lingo lago azul e transparente foi um grande diferencial. Nós e as crianças adoramos desfrutar dos banhos e dos equipamentos de sup e caiaque disponíveis. Outro fator positivo é a localização em um bairro residencial tranquilo, perto de muitas lojas, supermercados e restaurantes, próxima do aeroporto e não distante da agitação de Miami e das demais atrações. Por fim, todos os elogios e agradecimentos pela gentileza, cuidado e prontidão do excelente anfitrião Cristian. Nota 10 em tudo!

You cannot beat the location. Beach access behind building and easy walk to south beach restaurants and stores. The place is small yes but has all you need for brief stay - refrigerator, table, TV, stove (if need be). Plenty of towels and access to beach chairs and umbrella. I’d def stay again

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Gute grösse und zweckmässige Einrichtung. Der Kontakt mit Tony war sehr angenehm und er war äusserst hilfsbereit! Ein Fahrzeug kann in der Umgebung parkiert werden, Tony hilft dabei. Die Lage nahe des Ocean Drive ist perfekt. In der Nähe hat es diverse Restaurants, einen Publix, ein Starbucks und auch ein kleiner Quartierladen! Zusammenfassend eine super empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

Javier was a kind a very responsive host, location it a definite plus with many shops and restaurants close by!

The place had amazing views! It was conveniently located next to the beach and had a great pool. Geeta was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would book this place again on a future trip.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.

We had a college girls trip to Key Biscayne. 43 years together:) . We loved our condo. It was close to everything and had everything we needed and more!!!

This was my first time using AirBNB, and I am very pleased with the experience and this place. The condo was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. Angela met us on arrival to give us a tour of the home and to describe the property features. We had access to 3 pools, on site grocery store, BBQ grills, beach with chairs and umbrellas, beach bar, koi pond, safe environment. The extras that Angela provided, like the collapsible beach wagon, beach towels, shade umbrella, etc. were greatly appreciated and helpful. All of the appliances and TVs, were Samsung. We were able to screen share our streaming services to the TVs. Bonus extras for in the condo were 3 box fans that we were able to run in our bedrooms at night...the mature ladies really appreciated these. Kitchen was supplied with more than enough to accommodate cooking and to service the 6 adults on this stay. Thank you, Angela for going above and beyond to accommodate our second vehicle.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Captain Jack and Miss Lilly were the best! The most welcoming and gracious hosts we've ever had. They are the Keys vibe personified. Everything about their little piece of paradise was more than we expected. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. Their private beach was better than any of the others we visited on Key Largo... Even good snorkeling! Their cottage really is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway... tucked away and cozy, yet minutes from plenty of great places to eat, and things to see and do. That said, our favorite time on the island was just chilling in the backyard, under the shade by the water, and waiting on the sunset. We hope to make it back soon. If you're reading this, trust me and go ahead and book it. You won't regret it!

It was a pleasure staying at this Airbnb for our 3-generation family getaway! The apartment was as described in the listing, which we appreciated. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, including two young children and a pair of grandparents. The variety of pools, the private beach, and the beautifully maintained grounds were fantastic amenities. The well-stocked kitchen met all our needs for preparing and enjoying meals, and the private balcony was a favorite spot for relaxing in the afternoon. We would absolutely recommend this listing to groups looking for a relaxing and convenient stay on Key Biscayne!

My boyfriend and I have been staying all around Miami for the past few months and we can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s place. To start he let us check in WAY before check in time which was nice. The place is exactly as seen in pictures if not better and the bed… the most comfortable bed ever. As a host Jeff was very attentive to his guests and it was very nice that he checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. The place is private but close enough distance to Publix, restaurants, and the beach! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will 100% keep this place in mind when in the area! Thanks Jeff! 😊

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!
