Just a couple blocks from the beach and right in the middle of everything in Miami Beach. Found multiple restaurants and coffee places that were walking distance and amazing. Great place to stay if you're visiting Miami Beach.

It was more than expected! It is definitely a great apartment, nice view, easy to get around and the host very responsive. It was a plus to have the swimming pool and the gym available for the airbnb guests. I enjoyed this during my stay. I will stay here next time I visit Miami.

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

**A Perfect Getaway!** I recently stayed at Alejandra and Rodrigo place, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the space. The decor was charming and made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short to local cafes and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. Rodrigo and Alejandra was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions for check-in and being readily available for any questions I had. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

The whole family enjoyed the location. we were close to family and the kids had a great time at the park. We loved that the park was within walking distance. the location was also in close proximity to popular spots which was a bonus. Our host kept up updated as it relates to information we needed to have. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected and as shown in the photos. House is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. When I had questions the host responded quickly. All good! Would likely stay there again if I have family visiting.

We had a wonderful family stay in Miami, and this beautiful Airbnb played a big part in it. The property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of care from the owner. The host was exceptionally responsive—above and beyond what we expected. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Viki war für den Preis top! Sie war super erreichbar und hat alles mehr als ausführlich im Vorfeld beschrieben, sodass keine Unklarheiten aufkommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Wohnung ist innen sehr schön. Ich habe in einer anderen Bewertung gelesen, dass die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen sind, das stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht -> die Wohnung bzw. die Möbel sind einwandfrei. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, würde definitiv wieder bei Viki buchen.

Amazing customer service from Host and concierge. Location is amazing super close to everywhere we needed to be. Smallest thing and not really a complaint just have had other Airbnb provide us with extra toiletries, had to purchase more paper towel and toilet paper and trash bags but they had a mini store in the lobby so was easy to get more. Will definitely be coming back

Yo soy de Perú, visité Miami con mi pareja y considero que este alojamiento es una gran elección! Nos pareció un precio justo y bueno para la zona (Miami Beach) y la ubicación está cerca a todo lo turístico (Lincoln road, Ocean drive, Española way, etc) así que caminamos a casi todos los lugares y si quieres ir a downtown se encuentra cerca al paradero del bus público. Destaco mucho la limpieza, tuve antes una mala experiencia en otro Airbnb con chinches y tenía miedo que se repita. Este Airbnb es super limpio, tiene aire acondicionado y utensilios de limpieza disponibles incluso. Lo único es el Wifi, no es buen bueno pero al consultar con Viki nos brindó otros Wifi para acomodarnos con el mejor, mejoró la conexión sin embargo no lo recomiendo para trabajar. En general una buena relación calidad/precio, Viki responde super rápido y es super clara con todo lo que necesites.

The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami.
