The two wooden houses, are set in a tranquil cork and eucalyptus environment. You´ll be rewarded by green grounds. The air is beautifully scented by the trees. As soon as you arrive, “the final 600 meters are on an unpaved road, typical for the Algarve countryside,easily accessible with a regular car and part of the boho, slow-living experience” you can go for a swim in the azure pool or read a book on your terrace. As serene as you could hope to find, yet an easy drive from wonderfull beaches.

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. The studio houses has been inspired by the hosts many travels to Indonesia and also the minimalism from the hostess Scandinavian background. ‘We wanted to create a calming space for people something that makes it easy to switch off, relax and enjoy the nature.’
