Disfrutamos mucho el departamento fremte a la playa. La alberca, el depa, todo en buenas condiciones y limpio y amplio. Sin duda lo escogeriamos de nuevo.

AC is not always available. I believe its only in Summertime and preferably only at night. (It should say this on the description, but it doesn’t). We knew going in, so it wasn’t as big a deal for us. Power is an issue throughout Chelem. Electric Company charges high rates if usage is over a certain level. You can sometimes negotiate paying more to use the AC but not leaving it on all the time. You have to turn off when You leave. They ask You to conserve energy where You can. The last night we stayed, there was a band playing in the street up front. It was really loud so sleeping was tough. Obviously this isn’t their fault!! You would have had this issue staying anywhere within a half mile of the event 😞 The hosts are Wonderful people! The restaurant below is a great place to eat and/or drink in Chelem! If You are OK with these couple inconveniences, I highly recommend staying with Jill and Martin.

Daisy es una gran anfitriona, siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. Hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto. El lugar tiene una insuperable ubicación. Además, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios.

Sin duda la ubicación para mi es magnífica caminas 1 cuadra y tienes el malecón, a 1 casa un six para comprara bebidas y en la esquina el restaurantes astros para desayunar o comer.

Sonya’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful week. Hearing the waves day and night made relaxing easy! The studio is so comfortable and sitting on the porch was the perfect way to end each day. Sonya is absolutely lovely. She arranged for airport transfers and gave a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Chuburná is walkable and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Gloria es una anfitriona atenta y muy amable dispuesta a hacer sentir como en casa a sus inquilinos, reservé su casa 10 días para unos familiares que dijeron sentirse súper cómodos y ella estuvo pendiente por si necesitaban algo más pero la casa tiene de todo así que no hizo falta molestarla.

Paty y David siempre muy atentos, y pendientes de todo lo que necesitabamos, una comunicación muy amable, sin duda regresaría

Me encantó este lugar. Aunque está un poco alejado de la ciudad, si vas en carro no es ningún problema y el trayecto vale totalmente la pena. El ambiente es súper agradable, se nota que cuidan cada detalle, y la experiencia en general fue muy positiva. Ideal para desconectarte un rato y disfrutar de algo diferente. Definitivamente volvería.

¡Un lugar muy agradable! El internet del departamento fue un poco inestable para mis necesidades, ya que trabajo en línea, pero en las áreas comunes se puede compensar esto. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia.

Muy buenito departamento las fotos coinciden con lo real , nos sentimos muy agusto la anfitriona siempre al pendiente muy buena comunicación incluso flexible con el horario de salida ya q se lo permitía la ocupación siempre los condominios están muy bien ubicados y un plus esq al ser palabra baja teníamos acceso muy rápido nos encantó sin . Duda regresaremos

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

I want to start by thanking Roxana, as she was very responsive to any questions, inquiries or issues. While we never met in person, she was always available. Gracias! On the second day I arrived, the water and electricity were off (heavy rain), but the maintenance team (as well as Roxana) were on top of it and fixed it fairly quickly! The apartment itself is very pleasant, and the pool is a nice bonus and very close to the beach...you may need to walk a little to get to a nice beach space, but it is nice and private in the area - it feels peaceful. Walking distance, you have a pub with many expats, but can walk 40 minutes (or a short Uber drive) to go into Progreso center to have more options (restaurants, beaches, mixed crowds, entertainment, shopping...). Overall, it was a very nice stay, and perfect for a couple wanting to retreat and relax with no agenda. Muchas gracias Roxana!

El lugar es encantador, cómodo y seguro, cerca del malecón de progreso y de restaurantes y bares. La atención es excelente.

Oscar siempre atento y muy amable, fácil la llegada, accesible, de ahí te puedes mover a diferentes áreas, la playa de progreso es muy bonita y tiene Muchos lugares para disfrutar comida deliciosa. Sin duda un buen lugar para pasar unos días.
