Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich im schönen Weindorf Girlan (Cornaiano). Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.
