This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze.
