The living room has cable TV with HD channels and Netflix at no additional cost, surround system, and 20 megabyte wifi; there are two large windows, secured with bars so you can breathe fresh air, has curtains for your preference, whether you want a bit of light or more privacy. The kitchen is large and clean, with microwave, stove, range hood to the outside, coffee maker, blender, a double island with seating around for your comfort, can be used as a dining room and desk at the same time with an electrical outlet available. Jog in the First and Second Laureles Parks nearby and bike along the specially designated paths. Metro Stadium Station is 15 minutes away. Moderate social gatherings are allowed in the house with few people. We need to be considerate with our neighbors so big crowds or loud music should be properly managed. No prostitution. No drugs.
