In the heart of the Silo District, this new luxury home is close to everything Downtown Waco has to offer. The Wishing House was created as a sanctuary of relaxation & making memories together. It’s a modern house with high end features that includes 2 master bedroom suites, fantastic outdoor living spaces with an outdoor movie wall, firepit, grill, and a balcony overlooking downtown Waco. This home offers a beautiful chef kitchen and a mural designed by an artist who was featured on TV.

Originally the carriage house for Hillcrest Estate, this home includes one bedroom, one bath, an office nook and a private back patio. This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat. If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

The Carriage House at Willow Spring Farm

Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated. Gorgeous new kitchen with marble countertop and subway tile. New bath has large shower & new fixtures, new carpet and tile. Tempurpedic mattress. The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. The Mainsail is a tiny container home handcrafted by CargoHome™ right here in Waco. With 1 bedroom and an inflatable floor mattress, it sleeps uptimes to 4 people. The Nest 1 Bedroom Suite 12 min from Magnolia

This super clean 1 bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Walk into your relaxing living room that is furnished with cozy furniture. A fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator,toaster oven,coffee and tea station. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. You can also enjoy the deck right outside your door.
