Loved that we were off the beaten path but still close enough to get to places in Waco within 15-20 minutes. Peaceful, quiet location where I was able to walk with the dog and not worry about traffic. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided.

This was a great place to stay while in Waco. Very close to the Magnolia/Silo district and walkable. The house itself was wonderful. Very comfortable living room, with plenty of seating. All the bedrooms were great, and the bathrooms, too. Comfy beds and good showers. Loved this house and the decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Nancy’s home is was a perfect spot for our girls trip to Waco. Close to downtown but far enough out to be quiet and easy to get to. I’d happily stay here again.

Location was amazing and worked out very well for our family as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in the area. The home had everything we needed for our short stay and the backyard made for easy at the house entertaining for the kids. We were also able to hear concerts across the street from the backyard both nights which was awesome for my wife and I while the kids slept. Great welcoming gifts as well!

The drive getting there is very scenic. The area is peaceful. It’s very cozy and was perfect for our family, two adults into a teenagers. I absolutely loved that the house was fully stocked. The host was very thoughtful to have everything I needed to make the kiddos Homemade waffles. They had all the ingredients, utensils and the waffle making machine. The layout of the kitchen and the living room is such that everyone can watch TV together no matter where you’re sitting. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The bathroom has everything you need Including make up wipes, which was great for my daughter and I. The deck outside is lovely with plenty of seating space. The highlight was definitely the following morning when we got to see all of the cattle and horses upfront. We got to watch the cattle come up to the property from the creek. The host is very responsive and I appreciated the quick review of the stay request and detailed information on how to get there.

Great house, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our team in town doing some work. Patio was getting finished when we were there but it has a nice yard. Driveway parking has nice shade from a large tree.

The house was very nice! It had everything we needed and had lots of space for everyone. The neighborhood was pretty and felt very safe. Overall we had a great stay. The only negatives were the beds weren’t the most comfortable in the 2 extra rooms. Master bedroom was better. The fence in the backyard didn’t look secure enough for my dog to be let off the leash. It had several places with holes at the bottom she could’ve slipped through and the grass was pretty tall in the back. Otherwise it was a great house, great location, great host, and great stay! Definitely recommend staying here!

This was the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. I was in with a group of kids for state competition. It was nice to have a homely atmosphere where the kids could play in the pool, play basketball or hang out in the house. William was very accommodating and answered any and all questions. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay in the West area. My family stayed here for my son’s wedding in Abbott and reception in West. We also took a quick outing just a few minutes away to Magnolia Silos in Waco. Great location! The house had plenty of room inside and out, plus was stocked with everything we needed. The home is definitely one our family would choose to stay in again for another family gathering. Thanks Trevor for providing my family such an inviting and relaxing place to stay!

I booked last minute, it was close to the venue my son was getting married at. I wanted a space that would accommodate a large groomsmen group, and it was perfect! The pool and hot tub were fun, but we also enjoyed the large kitchen and game room. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. I was happy with our stay. Our bunch was kinda rowdy and hyped up About upcoming wedding and this space accommodated perfectly. We could be celebrate and enjoy the experience without being a problem.

I traveled to Waco Tx without great expectations, but I was surprise about this gorgeus place, is on quiet neighborhood with all that you need, bed is amazing confortable and place is really clean and well decorated, definitely was a good start for me in this unfortunately I need to get a most permanent place during my time to work there, but definitely is super recommended, also has a private pool, gym and outside fire place.

The stylish decor and retro vibes made it feel like we had stepped right into the era. Our guests were just as enchanted by the space as we were! Bing is a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. She made us feel very much at home! The suite is really cool! The spiral staircase to the loft bedroom was a really cool feature as well. We really enjoyed the country setting with a short drive to all of Waco's great venues. Really great place to stay! Bing's place will definitely be a first choice the next time we stay in the Waco area!

We stayed at Bear Den for Easter weekend. It was very comfortable and was great for a large family gather for Easter Lunch. 11 of us sat comfortably at the dining table for Easter lunch. Mother-in-law suite was perfect for our elderly mother who needed a first floor bedroom and living space. Would recommend this place for family gathering. Upstairs bedrooms large and spacious and plenty of bathrooms for large families.
