Jake was very accommodating. With the Hurricane destruction that had occurred, Jake still went out of his way to make sure myself and the guests were heard and seen and made to feel safe.

This was our 2nd stay. The pool is really nice and is lots of fun. The view from the pool deck and porch deck is stunning looking at the mountains. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The upstairs bedroom had a super comfy bed and was extra roomy. The Black Mountain area has some really neat restaurants and culture. Overall it is a great place for couples or families.

This home was breathlessly beautiful! Everything was so clean. Andrew was very responsive every time I contacted him and he was very kind and helpful. Definitely worth the stay!

This was our first time to Lake James and we are definitely coming back! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had everything in great supply. Like others have written, the house is bigger than the pics let on. Susan was proactive with making sure we had the address, codes, etc before we arrived and very responsive if we had a question. All in all, it was a great time with the family!

Nice, last minute weekend getaway for us! The house is very spacious and clean. The pool was very relaxing and the scenic view was amazing. Very cute condo in a peaceful mountain community. Comfy bed, and coffee and snacks available in the kitchen. Might be hard to find in the dark due to how remote it is. I recommend getting groceries when passing through Burnsville because there aren't any stores nearby.

My stay here was amazing! Emily and Tommy were able to accommodate an early check in which was so helpful! Not only that, they were both very sweet and welcoming! Made you feel right at home, and also were super helpful with any questions I had. ☺️ The pool was beautiful and so much fun! The floats, toys, and games they provide were so fun to use! Also honorable mention ! the KITTY! The kitty might have been my favorite thing about the stay 😉 ! The inside was decorated so beautifully (i’m taking inspo so I can decorate for my apartment!) so cozy and relaxing! The fire pit was amazing! I would love to stay here again. ☺️ thank you so much Tommy & Emily! Also check in and check out were super easy.

This property is part of a quaint, peaceful community. We enjoyed walking around and the incredible views. It's very easy to get to with paved driveway. Christina (our host) was always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s was beautiful best place I have stayed in I felt so much at home and it is well taken care of will definitely be back for more stays to come.

Very nice place. It was very clean and well stocked. Neighbors around but very private. Beautiful setting. Krista was very responsive and helpful. The decor was nicely done. The house does have a lived in look and the couch is a bit worn. The beds were all comfortable. Beautiful deck and nice hot tub. The pool table is worn with a slope. It was fine for a friendly game, but don’t plan on a serious game. About 45 minutes to Asheville. We first arrived in the dark, which made it a bit interesting finding the house. All in all we loved the place and would gladly go back. Only problem, we never saw Gomez the cat.

The beds, pillows, and linens are so comfortable. We loved that the kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare and serve all your meals. Karen is a very personable, professional, kind host. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, cozy, CLEAN home.

Lovely home, perfect for a cold weekend away. The house had plenty to do from all the board games and movies. Hot tub was by far the best! Would highly recommend and go back again!

We had a great stay!! House was more than we expected!! Our kids had a blast with the basement and all the toys and games provided. We cooked while there and let tell you- the house is fully stocked!! Stephanie was a great host. Giving recommendations and providing an early check in! She was a dream!! We want to make staying there a tradition every year!!

Great place to stay very very quiet and peaceful. The deer were great they would welcome us home daily. we hope to get to come back and stay longer.

We went to NC from Florida hoping to experience some cold weather & snow. We found Tami’s house and contacted her about availability. She was an amazing host- helpful and very informed about the area. The house was extremely clean and it had everything we needed for a month in the mountains. We ate out 3 times & the remainder of the time, we cooked our meals there. Appliances were clean and worked like new, linens were plentiful and nice, the washer & dryer was great , the WiFi was “screaming fast” , the tv streaming was a plus and the morning coffee on the deck was perfect. We watched deer in the backyard and she had even decorated for the holiday season. We had another couple that came up the week after Christmas, and the house never seemed crowded. They had snow a number of days and even though the temperature got down to 14 degrees, we were warm & toasty in the house. When we go back to North Carolina, we will definitely stay in Tami’s home. It was great.

Overall the place was great. A nice location with beautiful views. The instructions she gave were clear and made our stay very easy !

I am so overwhelmed with gratefulness for these wonderful hosts! Not only was the price of the home right in our budget, but from even before our stay everything was so well laid out and structured to make this experience so positive. We got the instructions for check in, days before we got there (which totally satisfies my slightly type A personality) so I was able to plan our trip. We arrived at the house and everything was clean. They had a great binder that gave the house guidelines and information, but they also included helpful resources with local amenities, and even marked off the ones that were heartbreakingly closed due to Helene. These little touches made it feel like we could have been staying with local loved ones rather than a rented home. While this was not a vacation for us- we are certainly keeping the information of this beautiful home for the future! It perfectly fit our family of 5. This was also our first AirBNB experience and I’m so relieved it was a good one!

My family and I recently stayed at Corinne’s place for Christmas as my mom lives nearby. It was a perfect Airbnb for us - absolutely beautiful house and views, plenty of space, kitchen and laundry were ideal. We did not use the sauna or the downstairs but they looked great too. Internet was fast and beds were comfy too. We hope to stay again when visiting family!

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Spruce Pine. We loved every single thing about it! The hosts were friendly and responsive. Only regret is that we can’t buy it!

Donna thought everything you need inside the house. The location was perfect for us as we were guests at a wedding at High Pastures. Views were amazing. Driveway was a little sketchy at times but I’m a fan of a little adventure. Overall our stay was perfect!
