Serene, Beachy decor. Awaken to Sunrise over Haleakala & North Shore, listen to surf and local birds, and watch the ocean and harbor action- Surfers, Kiters, Sailboarders, Kanaha beach from the secluded back yard. Relax in the hot tub and sauna. Very Central, but you’ll want a car or Uber to get to most places- Wailuku town is 1 mile. Hosts live on-site for needed assistance, otherwise allow guests to enjoy their peace and solitude during the evenings after the day's adventures. FAST Internet

Maui Sunset Beach Front condo, 1B/2Ba Large Pool

This condo is Maui approved for rental. All taxes included. The Maui Sunset is an oceanfront property in Kihei with large pool, hot tub, gas grills, fitness room, and tennis courts, whale watch (seasonal), walk the sandy beaches both ways, and enjoy magnificent sunsets. I have guests returning year after year, 20+ years. Maui voted best island on earth 25 years straight by Conde Nast. Come, enjoy Maui. Condo has 1 bedroom, 2 bath, Full kitchen, W/D. BIG Ocean View, Hotel Zoned,3 minute walk to Kam 1

Enjoy the massive view-ocean and 2 Islands-billowy clouds and WHALES in season from your large, 150 square ft PRIVATE lanai and 900 square ft condo. A 4 minute walk to Kamaole 1, (Kam 1) a world class beach offering snorkeling, SUP, and boogie boarding, with gear rentals steps away. 3-15 mins walk to all S Kihei’s restaurants, food trucks, shops and bars, it's beach town life just down the driveway. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and 2 BBQ areas! No more than 4 adults and 2 kids.

Sugar Beach Resort Beach / Ocean Front Unit 426

SPECTACULAR OCEAN AND SUNSET VIEWS, including outer islands from the living room and lanai. You'll enjoy drinks in the evening watching the incredible sunsets. The condo has been totally redecorated and upgraded. The kitchen and bathroom have maple cabinets and elegant granite counter tops. There is a comfortable king size bed, a well-stocked kitchen, central AC, with all new bamboo floors throughout, and a new washer / dryer. The Condo is owned and maintained by Maui residents.

Amazing ocean views and breathtaking sunsets in our upgraded one-bedroom, one-bath, air-conditioned condo. Sugar Beach Resort, is just steps away from the 5-mile white sandy beach. Our beach access is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, or just relaxing. Central location to all that Maui has to offer. Our unit sleeps 2, with a Cal king-sized bed with luxury linens and a mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, etc.

Rustic Upcountry retreat with breathtaking views!

Maui County Permits BBMP2019/0006 & SUP2 2019/0003 This is a BnB not a STRH Owners live on property At this time we are hosting to guests 12 or older. This property is terraced so not optimal for young children. This is a non smoking property. No smoking is allowed.
