We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and felt just like home. One of the highlights was the large patio, perfect for relaxing and spending time together The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly. Communication with our host was smooth and easy; he was very responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway!

Logement très agréable et très propre idéalement situé. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Eléonora nous a recommandé une excellente trattoria qui a servi de cantine à Mel Gibson lors du tournage de l'un de ses films et tout était excellent.

Luciana est une hôte très amicale, dynamique et accueillante. Elle vous donnera des conseils et fera en sorte que vous ne manquiez de rien. La maison est immense et on se sent comme chez soi. Le toit terrasse est superbe. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour sur tous les points mais il vous faudra une voiture pour visiter les Pouilles, c'est indispensable car c'est une grande région. Ich war nach vier Jahren zum zweiten Male in Stefania's Wohnung. Es ist ein perfektes Nest mitten in der sensationellen Altstadt, den Sassi von Matera. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer geradezu märchenhaften Aussicht auf den alten Stadtteil und die Schlucht am Stadtrand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse. Hier lässt es sich unter dem Sonnenschirm wunderbar lesen, faulenzen oder einen Apero trinken (ausser in der Mittagszeit. Dann ist es sogar unter dem Schirm zu heiss). Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wer keinen grossen Luxus braucht, fühlt sich bei Stefania sicher wohl.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful room in Matera! The location is perfect—within walking distance of everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The view is absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Claudio was fabulous—communicative, flexible, and always quick to respond, making check-in and any questions a breeze. He gave plenty of ideas about places to eat and left plenty of resources to learn about the history, restaurant guides and maps. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matera!

Host was amazing!! Probably best host we’ve had in Italy! He sent so many local recommendations and history of Matera! Was always responsive and flexible with our last minute travel changes. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here in Matera!

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

Esistono persone e Persone. Anita, la nostra host, appartiene di diritto alla seconda categoria: da subito cordiale, accogliente e professionale, con lei tutto risulta facile. La casa è perfetta per i gruppi, comoda, pulita e rilassante. Anita ci mette quel "plus" che davvero fa' la differenza fra un alloggio e "casa tua": impossibile rimanere indifferenti a tutto questo, gentilezza prima di ogni altra cosa. 😊

Posizione stupenda per vivere interamente l'atmosfera di Matera. Alloggio " grotta" perfetto per sperimentare un modo di vivere antico con tutti gli agi di una ristrutturazione conservativa. Host gentile e disponibile che sa fornire le giuste indicazioni davvero utile. consigliamo vivamente

Alles war wie angegeben. Wirklich perfekte Lage, in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt bzw Sassi! Würde wieder buchen und kann es ehrlich weiter empfehlen!

Ideal location, walkable to everything you would want to see and do - a little closer to the Caveoso than the Barisano side of things, but all within reach. Perfect property outfitted with everything you might expect and more. Amazing host who is thoughtful, proactive, knowledgeable, accessible and never intrusive. I will absolutely seek out one of Pasquale's units next time I am in Matera without even thinking of looking elsewhere.

Erg fijne plek om Matera en omgeving te ontdekken. Je loopt zo de oude binnenstad in, maar het appartement is toch rustig gelegen. Heerlijke bedden! Het ontbijt dat klaarstond was een fijne verrassing en uitgebreid (toast, beleg, zoete cake, Nespresso koffie en drankjes in de koelkast. Wat een service! Parkeren is lastig in het drukke Matera, dus de prive parkeerplek voor de deur is ook een erg fijne extra service bij dit appartement. Een echte aanrader!

a dir poco fantastico! appartamento in mansarda nuovo, elegante, con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax in visita alla città di Matera che si trova proprio a 10 minuti a piedi... consigliatissimo!!!! Angelo ha pensato proprio a tutto ed è sempre disponibile al bisogno.

Buongiorno Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente. Casa pulitissima, proprietari disponibili e gentili mi hanno fatto sentire a casa, persino nel villaggio e le persone all'ingresso nella guardiola disponibile e cordiali. La sera a bordo piscina organizzavano sempre qualcosa. Direi che se non fosse che mi si è rotta la macchina e quest'anno il servizio navetta non partiva dal villaggio, sarebbero state perfette. Absolutely stunning location, beautiful home with all of the needed utilities. The view is breathtaking and we loved the view. The walk to the other side of the valley is at the bottom of the steps. Vincenza also booked us a taxi to make the trip to the car easier. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
