This is our second time in one of Adam’s properties and we would use him again in the future. He is a responsive and helpful host. The property was as described and was equipped with basic items to get us started (and some which lasted the length of) for our 3 week stay. The property is walking distance to the Longwood medical area (15 mins) and is close to a number of restaurants, grocery stores and a Target, and is steps from Fenway. There is some construction nearby which can be noisy in the early morning but not overly disruptive. Overall, this is a great option for families visiting the area.

Rafael was very responsive and the place was clean. Only problem was the washing machine was broken for our stay but Rafael was very accommodating and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Very great host!

Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

Very nice and clean city, close to Boston via the RedLine. Perfect to visit Boston for some days. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was properly equipped. A lot of groceries and restaurant walking distance. Would stay again!

We stayed for marathon weekend. It’s a big apartment community. It was early spring so no pool available, but the place is clean, pet friendly, great pool if summer, pickleball courts, tennis courts, park for kids, dog park, gym, ping pong, grills…..all either in the building or right across the street. Parking is in a lot, safe and secure vibe. Pretty great. The room was more than adequate. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and nice. Sort of like a college or grad student apartment vibe. A small, clean apartment with a comfortable bed, washer and dryer, full kitchen, a great tub, great temp control, good tv with all the app access to watch what you want without signing into a bunch of apps. A little noisy at night (neighbors)….but it’s a big apartment complex and that’s to be expected to a certain extent. Host was outstanding. Accommodating, very responsive, helpful. We had an issue with the blow up bed leaking and they replaced it the next day with a new one. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jiminy Peak.. hosts were super quick to respond with any questions. Very easy check in and check out. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

Great apartment in a nice location, very close to the T station which made getting around easy. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very cooperative and responsive. Parking was a bit tricky at first, so I’d recommend contacting the host ahead of time if you’re bringing a car. It would be even more helpful if the owner could proactively prepare a parking permit for guests with cars. Overall, a pleasant stay — I’d definitely come back again!

Our second year staying here and making wonderful family memories. The condo was clean and cozy. Gorgeous view of the mountain and easy ski in/ski out. Everything you need is stocked and ready. We look forward to rebooking for next year.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

This place was exactly what I was hoping for—spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so easy! Not to mention a parking spot! The host was welcoming and flexible . Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Steve and Rebecca's place is a very cozy and warm little house. We had everything we needed inside for our very first visit to Boston. Each room is very well furnished with comfortable beds and a nice comfy couch to unwind in after walking through the city all day. The house is tucked into a corner on top of a steep hill which gives a very nice and quiet private spot to stay. This is a wonderful spot! I do have to mention a few little quirks that should be noted. The hill could cause some issues for parking for some depending on your vehicle since the spot can be a little tricky getting in or out. I recommend using an uber, which what we did to get around rather then fiddling with the parking. Also, there is a downstairs area that is obviously off limits and is clearly marked as such behind the curtain in the kitchen area. Having a door with a lock for both sides seems like a more comfortable solution for both parties. Otherwise, this is a wonderful find!

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Very clear and thorough instructions, extremely well kept and clean place with lots of amenities.

Perfect location for my family during the Boston Marathon! Our children enjoyed the games, toys and backyard—and a lot of space to lay low before and after the race. Easy to have groceries delivered, catch the train into town and easy parking!

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long.
