Casa Letizia: in città una terrrazza sul mare

Appartamento di 120 mq con terrazzo: luminoso, silenzioso, elegantemente arredato in stile siciliano. Una vera casa ricca di personalità, con mobili antichi, ferro battuto, pietra lavica e terrecotte lavorate da sapienti artigiani che raccontano tutta la bellezza e la forza di questa terra. Le grandi finestre permettono sempre di vedere il mare quando si è in casa. Il delizioso terrazzo vi consentirà di godere di ogni momento: pranzare, leggere un libro e bere un buon bicchiere di vino.

La Casa di Rosa(a 2 passi da Marinello e Tindari)

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.

Isolabella apartment Villa Sparviero

The view is wonderful. The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the famous Isola Bella and you can admine spectacular colors of sunrise and sunset. The terrace is private where you can relax and have dinner. The guests have use of a beautiful jacuzzi with breathtaking view. The jacuzzi is shared with other apartment.

The appartment is one of the most quiet place in town ,it's big about 100 mt square ,with 2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms 1 living room that become another bedroom with the caouch,kitchen and laundry corner and one of the most beautiful terrace amazing view of Etna and the bay of Giardini Naxos
