Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Marcoola is a quiet little township, minutes walk to a patrolled beach, coffee shops and easy access to the major attractions of the Sunshine Coast such as Noosa, Coolum and Mooloolaba. The house is situated only five minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport. Cycle many bike tracks or simply walk the beach or scale Mount Coolum. Short drive to fabulous golf courses of Coolum and Twin Waters, and don't forget the beautiful Hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
